Agreement
Terms of service
These terms govern access to the controlled GridHand pilot operated by GridHand AI LLC. By using an owner account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your business.

1. The pilot service
GridHand currently provides callback reminders, missed-call message drafts, review-request drafts, a one-time owner approval queue, and an activity record. The pilot does not include autonomous outreach, voice answering, advertising, social posting, invoicing, point-of-sale replacement, or automatic billing unless a later written agreement expressly adds a feature.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You represent that you are authorized to act for the participating business and to provide the business and customer information entered into GridHand. Accounts are prepared through GridHand's controlled onboarding process; there is no public self-service signup in the pilot.
3. Customer communication
You control whether a specific draft is approved. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, recipient consent, sender identification, and timing of every approved message. GridHand's approval control is an additional safeguard and does not replace your legal obligations. The SMS terms are incorporated into these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use GridHand to break the law; send spam or deceptive messages; harass or discriminate; infringe rights; probe or bypass security; upload malware; access another tenant; resell access without permission; or place unnecessary highly sensitive information in callback notes or message drafts.
5. Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains our practices. Between GridHand and the participating business, the business retains its rights in business and customer content. You grant GridHand permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and comply with law for the service.
6. Pilot availability and changes
The pilot is experimental and may change, pause, or end. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. GridHand may restrict a workflow when consent, tenant ownership, provider configuration, security, or message approval cannot be verified.
7. Intellectual property
GridHand and its software, branding, and documentation belong to GridHand AI LLC and its licensors. These terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the pilot for the participating business; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the pilot and request account deletion. GridHand may suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, provider requirements, or to protect customers. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—will survive.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. GridHand is not a substitute for the owner's judgment or legal compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridHand AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. GridHand's aggregate liability arising from the pilot will not exceed the greater of amounts paid for the pilot in the preceding three months or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow every exclusion, so these limits apply only as far as lawful.
10. Governing law and contact
Wisconsin law governs these terms without regard to conflicts principles. Courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact legal@gridhand.ai.
