Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the GRIDHAND AI platform (“Service”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. GRIDHAND AI, LLC(“GRIDHAND,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a limited liability company formed in the State of Wisconsin.

GRIDHAND is an AI-powered business communication and automation platform. The Service includes:

The Service is designed for use by businesses. It is not a consumer product.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@gridhand.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share account access with parties outside your organization or transfer your account to another person.

Because GRIDHAND sends communications on your behalf, you are legally responsible for ensuring those communications comply with all applicable laws, including:

GRIDHAND provides tools to help you maintain compliance. Compliance responsibility remains with you.

You may not use GRIDHAND to:

• Send unsolicited messages or calls (spam).
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Contact individuals who have opted out.
• Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent rate limits, consent verification, or opt-out processing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Commander and the GRIDHAND fleet use artificial intelligence to generate responses and take actions on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be perfectly accurate, appropriate, or complete in all circumstances.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated communications before enabling fully automated sending if your use case requires human review.
• GRIDHAND is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated analysis or recommendations.
• AI behavior may change as models are updated and we will provide notice of material changes.

GRIDHAND does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue results, or business performance from using the Service.

Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GRIDHAND AI, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including TCPA violations arising from your contact lists or consent practices.
• Content you provide to or through the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes to these Terms via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
